Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
